PnP Dainfern Sq - GooglePlay cards

On the 27th Nov 2021, I went to the Dainfern Square branch and bought 4 x R150 GooglePlay cards. 2 of them were not working so I took them back. Since my first visit to the shop in Dec 2021 and the 3 or 4 subsequent visits, I have had no joy. I am being sent from pillar to post and being promised many call backs which have not yet materialised to no avail. I am very disappointed in the way this issue has been handled and wish for a resolution because my kids use that stuff all the time!
