PnP Customer care doesn't care

Pick n Pay 0nline shopping and customer care is a pain. Online ordering ignores your instructions and customer care doesn't care. On 09 June I requested via a direct message on twitter that someone should contact me so that we can discuss the delivery options. They 'passed it to the team'. 7 weeks later still waiting. I ordered 120+ items and requested plastic bags as I am physically incapable of carrying that amount of loose items into my residence. This was my 3rd order from them during the lockdown period. On both the previous ones the instruction was ignored so when it happened for the 3rd time I send the order back. It was obviously silly of me to think that PnP would try and make online shopping a pleasant experience. Their attitude seems to be - let's try and expose as many people as possible to covid. Trying to discuss delivery options that will suit us both also seem to be beyond their ability. Way to go PnP, another loyal customer lost

Fortunately there won't be a next time as I'm done with you. Same things 3 times in a row and no attempt to properly discuss it can only mean it's company policy. I'm not going to waste my time ordering only to have to send it back when it arrives. Easier to buy where my custom is valued.

And I should add that I did take it up with customer care after the second time only to have the same thing happen the next week. So you see, there's a precedent of nice words but no customer care
