PnP committing VAT ***** on refunds

From the sublime to the ridiculous....After escalation to the CEO of PnP, I finally received a notice of refund. ….*BUT* two bottles were broken. One was R109.33 and the other was R55.00. the refund was only for R47-00. Only for the cheaper bottle. This is also an indication that for all refunds, they are pocketing the VAT..... *******!!

And their support absolutely sucks
