PnP clothing online shopping horror

I ordered a pair of shoes and 2 baby growers Placed on Apr 17, 2025, 7:45 PM

Their website states that delivery should take between 3-5 working days and I waited over 3 weeks before following up. When I called the contact centre, they advised that my order was reflecting as processing. And that they will push it along.

The next day I got notification that my order was picked up by the courier.

Upon receiving the delivery. It was evident that only the baby growers were in the package and not the shoes. So I called them again and even took pictures of the package as proof.

They advised that they will follow up and get back to me.

I've done several follow ups and was even told that their finance department had issues a refund... To date I still wait for proof of this refund because I received nothing into any of my accounts or any credits to my smart shopper.

This pathetic service has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and I sadly will not be purchasing from them anytime in the near future.

I do however want a full refund and my courier charges paid back. As this is totally unacceptable. I've waited 3 months and still no positive outcome to this, despite my multiple calls back and fourth.

This is practically daylight *******... How many other innocent customers have they claimed to have refunded but then leave them hanging????
