PnP Clothing Online is a ****!

I am deeply dissatisfied by the service (or lack, thereof) that I have received from Pick n Pay Clothing and Adrian Louw. On the 28th of March 2022, I purchased an item online. A month later, I logged a case with the company as my order had not yet been received, and requested for a full refund of my money. They responded back and asked for time while they investigated the matter. Today, a month later, they have not paid back what is due to me. I regret ever buying from PnP and I am completely dissatisfied with how Adrian ignores my emails!
