PnP clothing, items not placed in my packet

I bought gifts two weeks ago and followed up with the person this weekend on how she liked her things. To my horror the shoes I had bought for her kid was never placed in the packet after I paid for it, and the person didn't get it.<br> This is utterly ridiculous.<br> The birthday gift was never received, and I look like a fool having paid for something and never receiving it. when I walked out he store surely the cashier saw the shoes were not in the packet??<br> <br> I still have the receipt at home. I insist you contact me so I can go back into the store and pick up my shoes.<br> I do not want a refund, I want what I paid for!
