PnP Clothing: is return & refund really such a dirty word

This pertains to PnP Clothing Irene Mall & The Park branches. It seems that PnP clothing has instituted a return policy, that they will not even issue a gift card (never mind a cash refund) in exchange of goods if your receipt is older than 30 days (NOTE: I did have a receipt that was dated the beginning of July for the goods). I first went to your Irene Mall and thought that your cashier was just being pedantic and seeing I was in a rush and had no time nor inclination to argue, I then went to the The Park branch and had the same issue. I had to take another item and the slip was withheld. The transaction does not even go via my smartcard either, so I have no record of the exchange. Not only that, but it seems like daring to return items is seen like such a faux pas in your stores. Pep treats their customers better by not trash talking their customers who returns items (the cashier & their supervisor was discussing loudly the return in their mother tongue whist they did not know I was earshot from them. It was evident that they were discussing me when the words "return" & "refund" is mentioned right after I left the till to find something else). If this is how you choose to treat your customers, I would rather go to your competitors even if it is a bit further from me. At least I know if I buy someone something and it does not fit, that I can return it without issues.
