PNP Clothing Eastgate

Absolutely appalling service received from the cashier and manager i made a purchase of R3000.00 last night at pnp clothing east gate and received disgusting service !!

at around 19H00 my husband pointed out that the store had closed and that we and one other customer where still in side and that the staff had started making noise about the fact that we where still in the store , further more tha cashier told the lady in front of me sorry um im the last cashier and i must go home at 7 can you please pay , i then proceeded to go pay and asked why we were met the such an attitude the reply i got was HUH! , i then help to remove the hangers in order to make it easier for the cashier , she packed my clothes in bags and hand them to me i swiped my card and was then thrown with the slip she then turned around and threw all the hanger in a box from a distance i asked was this the customer service she was trained on and asked for the manager , she pointed out the lady stand right next to her !!!! i asked is this the level of service excepted by PNP i was met by another HuH !! ,at this point my blood was boiling a then lashed back with a Remember customers sales pay you FFFFFFFF Salaries , beside this disgusting service and *********** management , the store is disgusting , dirty untidy unorganized and not merchandised properly no price point the sizing and cuts are mixed and the fixtures are so fully stocked you cannot swipe between the hangers to look for sizing , East gate is a flag ship mall , with extended trading hours at the point of leave the mall was still full of people , MRP around the corner Trade until 8 pm and this not even in the Christmas trading hours due to start next week . the shoes where also laying everywhere i understand shop get shopped by customers but the amount of employees that where standing around chatting the store should look immaculate i wonder how you customers will be treated next week with the extended trading hours , i highly recommend an Area manager reach out to the store as the foot the store is putting forward is not one of pride or customer service 2 fact im sure PNP pride them selfs in . i will not set foot in there again you except a better shopping experience from a flagship store
