pNp clothing

never in my life have a struggled so much to open an account, i was in pNp clothing and 3 different stores, i called no less that 20 times and countless time i tried online. inside the stores everyone was so clueless, unhelpful and just said try online, when they phone eventually the were instructed to do it on a tablet. there is no tablet in this town in any store i was at. so can someone please help me open...
