PNP Clearwater poor customer service

On the 19th of Jan, they were painting by the kiosk. I wanted to buy electricity and play Lotto, but I could not get assistance as the lady working by the kiosk said she can't work there because it's risky.

This was absolute nonsense. What could possibly happen to her while they were painting? They were far enough from the tellers for her to assist me, I have a photo as proof. Just nonsense service from PNP Clearwater as usual.

In a previous incident, biscuits were put on special in one of the walking aisle's, but when I got to the front, I was told they are not on special. I had to wait 30 minutes to be assisted with the matter!
