PnP Claremont - Double the difference bull

This is the second time that i've had the same experience at PnP Claremont. Prices displayed on the shelves differs with what is actually scanned and even though there's many signs in front, even one right at the customer care counter about double the difference, it seems that this store just doesn't follow company policies. After I received my refund of the overcharge, I asked the lady at customer care if she didn't apply the double the difference policy and her response was just "no". The supervisor was also there, and even she heard me saying that this store never applies that policy, she herself didn't come forward to offer assistance. Please bare in mind, that it's such an inconvenience for the customer to go back to customer care after being at the till already and then you still don't do your job properly. I'm starting to think that this is how this store operates, by hoping that customers don't pick up the price difference because it happens way too often that the prices are incorrectly displayed.

I called the store to speak to a manager, the lady kept on calling a certain John, he was probably also way too busy to deal with a customer because after 10 minutes I decided to hang up.

Pathetic service. If a manager has a never care attitude, then his staff will have that exact mentality, and that's what I experienced in the store.
