PnP charging for items not received - silent treatment on queries

I ordered groceries online for delivery on 29 May. Items were missing, but the delivery man did not give me an invoice or list of items. The system had an error that did not allow me to go in to access the order.

I sent many emails and some were attended to. The current situation is that PnP does not respond to my request for an invoice to see what they charged me for.

I did not receive minced meat (it was not in stock), one packet of parmalat sliced cheese and 6 x1l of milk in a box.

It has been days and they do not respond. The last person I corresponded with is Sumaya, who did not respond to my last 3 emails.

This may seem petty, but I am a person with disabilities and have very limited means. I do not have unlimited funds to waste. Either the packing staff made a mistake or the delivery person stole the items. People should know how PnP treat customers.
