I want to utter my total disgust as a former customer of PNP to the horrific service your PNP cashier Refilwe Kabi gave me .

Miss Kabi has a no emotion face. Not welcoming. Nothing. I greeted her. And repeated my greet. She then greeted me back saying she already greeted me first and I ignored the greeting. I was friendly. But my smile quickly went away.

Not looking me in the eye. Nothing. I then said is it because I am of white ethnic decent that I get treated this way as the customers of other decent to not get respect. Is this a racial issue. Is PNP discriminating? Should I involve more political parties? We are sick of just brushing everything off.

I make a point of greeting. And smiling. She showed no no no way of communicating at all.

She is literally there to sit and collect her salary. Not doing her job. Like our government. Is PNP like our government. It looks like it.

She said her voice is soft and I dit not hear it.

No wonder we go to woolworths looking for better customer service. And even better prices.

PNP, no wonder your share prices are dropping.

My family and friends are making a point for walking past your Store and going to Woolworths. And we are not high income citizens. But for better service we are willing to pay more.

She will probably not even be notified about this. As you look at the store and the staff who are rude and disrespectful.
