PnP Cashier Services

Person working at the till (Maria) is inexperienced to deal with customers. Kept on staring and not saying anthing when the till malfunction. Reported the till issue to the supervisor and still did not inform the customer on what is going on When I request assistance from the manager then only was the issue resolved. Also manhandeling of the goods when requested her not to shake my cola's was met with making jokes to the other cashiers that im a difficult customer
