PnP cashier - "...on the phone, come back when I am done"
Teller on her mobile phone, busy while I am waiting on her to finish, then she tells me to wait for someone else. She is "busy" Not bother to refer or call anyone, keeps on being on her phone.
This New South Africa way of employees and doing their actual jobs just make you wonder why this continent is such a sh@-hole Pick and Pay really need to stop looking at management bonus and more at HR problems. Two incidents in a matter of 10 minutes?
