Pnp canal walk lack of good customer service

This is to Pick n Pay Canal Walk shopping centre !

Had not once but on 2 occasions experienced bad customer service from this branch, which makes it so unpleasant doing grocery shopping here.

Went to get some necessities at the pnp after a long day, one employee came with a full on attitude, stating the store is closed and we( my cousin and I) are the only people in the store, can we make our way to the till-point, now , * I understand that it’s closing time and they need to catch up and things, but , I had not realised the time And no announcements whatsoever was made that the store will be closing in 10 minutes or so forth. * this could have been said in a proper manner and I would have totally understood and have no issues * also the fact that he was saying we are the only people in the store, was a lie, the were quite a few other shoppers as well.

It’s the way in which things are said.

Then approaching the till points, another employee gives us attitude about the store being closed and we need to go to the till-point( which we were doing )

We told the employee, why didn’t they announce this, she proceeds to say the mic is not working.

This is just awareness of employees not having customer etiquette.

This is not the first incident
