PnP Campus Square Horrible Service

Im an Auckland Park resident and I received a horrible service at PnP Campus Square. Today I went to do shopping at the store. Cashier number 5 (Thembi) and her 2 colleagues were busy talking about what they were going to eat for lunch. She didn’t care about offering proper service, didn’t ask about loyalty card, or if I need a plastic. All she cared about was her friends and what they will be eating for lunch. After she gave me the receipt I had to ask her to give a plastic separately and even then she continued with her friends. What is sad is that this is not an isolated incident. PnP Campus Square staff don’t care about customer service. All they care about is gossiping with each other or discussing their lunch.
