PNP - BUNCH OF ARROGANT ****S

I called PNP jEAN CROSSING in Pta for video footage of me in their store for an insurance claim. I first spoke to Petunia. She agreed to call me back. She did not.

I then called a second time and was told "Petunia is a cashier and has no recollection of my call"! I was then directed to steven. I had asked him to provide video footage of me in his store at a certian time and date. He agreed to do this. HE DID NOTHING. When I called back weeks later he immediately became defensive, rude, dismissive and point blank refused to give me his proper name or surname. Hes also a **** who doesnt follow through nor return calls.

At this stage, who does one turn to?
