PNP Brentwood Park dangerous

Unfortunately I can not give a zero so no stars from me sorry here is my story I as normal go to PNP Brentwood Park where I shop i went there yesterday to get a few things the staff aside from the manager as usual excellent when i got to the till point to pay and normally I will get a Alert that card has been used and when my phone. Did not alert me I said for the lady at the till point my phone is gone ? I still had trust to think I will get it ? Went with one of the security ladies to see Maybe I was at fault no phone I went to my car to make sure still believe in humanity that it is in the care the alert came thru from the chemist I heard my room and before taking the trolley I still felt that phone was in my pocket so I went on like I always do to get my shopping and I was searching for lemon juice I still asked one of the PNP ladies where will I find the link juice and she still said in isle 7 and i got the juice the milk and then proceeded to till point to pay the rest is history my phone is missing to get to the final i still went to the security to ask who I can talk to to get my phone I spoke the gentleman refered me to the lady at customer service to assist she did try her best phoned my number after the 2nd attempt she said to mam you phone said not available ? The head of security did listen what I had on my mind asked for my till slip Which I gave to him then he said to me mam I am going to look on our footage. I waited the the gentleman called me and said mam bad news you have been pick pocketed i have this on footage I could not believe what I was hearing finally when I was with the customer manager Which i did not even knew who the lady was sitting behind her computer was suggested that I phone Vodacom I had no info with me for all contact details was on my phone I still said okay how do I phone? There was one phone available and there was a other customer it so i had to wait to call with no luck getting any call to Vodacom I gave up as I still had to travel to home I I knew my daughter was trying to get hold of me came home then I thought by myself phone the bank to stop my internet banking Which they did excellent service to FNB and Vodacom be proud of the people you have for you more that stars thank you next step hard as it was for me to Vodacom to block my phone and simple card and wipe all my details and mark my phone as ****** the most hurt I felt I had to erase all memories from my late husband photos and videos that was my loss was told by PNP Brentwood Park to go to nearest sapd and report phone ****** and get a case number ? No case number for I need to travel to town to get this went back this morning to PNP spoke to the lady which was extra rude.Spoke to regional manager when called, who said he will look through the footage and upgrade their security for future clients and thanked me for it.Then told he will contact me again on Thursday but I lost my phone,my rights and my dignity.i have no claim as I don't have insurance and even though this could've been prevented if they checked as I was shopping as they are supposed to do, it wouldn't have happened instead of rewinding.The car guard security manager of Brentwood Park Mall had more info and sympathy trying to help me. Info that PNP Brentwood Park refused to give me.So please do be very careful and make sure you are protected to the max when shopping at PNP Brentwood Park.Hopefully others won't experience being followed by 4 people from start to finish and nothing being done whatsoever.

I am disgusted by the way you treat your clients.i was just contacted by the regional manager and offered a gift voucher.This still doesn't settle what I lost,I don't want money,just replace what I lost and that's my phone and memory card.I was told they don't don't want to lose me as a client giving me a gift voucher?What about my humanity,my safety, I've been shopping there for 5 years,always felt safe.I got another call right after telling me it's my own loss? It's my own responsibility? Never has this happened to me,it was NOT my negligence or I would have accepted it as such.

I hope your calls are recorded as I was told it never happens but I must accept it cause of the times we live in?Then why no emphathy or sympathy towards me? Shouldn't that have made you more prone to stop such things from happening?Or warn your clients before entering your stores? Everything is on footage where I was followed with no good intention, so I have to be on edge when i shop there? And was also told it's out of good will that you give the gift voucher?Then why not just replace my phone and memory card then end of both problems.I don't want to make money out of Pick n pay.

Each time I get a different reference and a more rude more unprofessional manager than the previous one ,telling me and talking to me as if I'm ***********.I was told you will not refund me my stuff as it was my responsibility.Yet if you watch the footage it was NOT my negligence had the security acted accordingly.I was told to get a a case number but it won't help me and they were suppose to get it since it happened on THEIR premises, THEIR store.Again the gift card was mentioned as good will,give me my stuff back that is good will.It is not much so why make such an issue,you want to do good will and want to give a gift card,just because it will go back to you.So how does this help me?As mentioned above my phone and card doesn't even cost a lot when it comes to PNP.

Same old story.Why must I get ahold of them myself when it happened in one of your stores due to the negligence of others.How will this help me?So far you have just made it more difficult than it needs to be.As I said if you want to do good will ,replace my phone and memory card instead of trying to keep me quiet with a gift card.No sympathy no emphathy.
