PNP brand long life milk leaks (long term problem)

For several months now (possibly more than 1 year), approx 10-15% of the cartons leak when pouring due to poor seals around the 'top'. This leads to mess and wastage. This week it was so bad it was impossible to pour without creating a disaster zone, and I had to throw away 2 litres, but fortunately noticed a third has the same problem before I opened it. (This is on the old design, the new design I like even less as it spills when you open it and again when you try to pour out of a full carton). Competing brands almost never have the same problem, and nowhere near as severe, so its time you sorted out your supplier(s) or switched to someone who can do the job, unless you want me to go to Checkers....<br> In the meantime I would like a replacement pack of 6 cartons - besides the 3 mentioned I reckon I have lost at least that much again from all the others that leaked over the past year. I requested this at your Pinelands branch but the manager (Bongiwe Sigwele) declined, which I find unacceptable as you are not taking responsibility for the quality of your house branded products - contrary to your statement on the packaging.
