PnP bottles app is a *****. Don't order online.
I used the PnP bottles app. They delivered my goods 7pm at night. Bleach leaked over all of my order. All the food is contaminated. Then I started contacting them via email, app chat and phone, but no one responded. Its been 3 days now with no answer. I only received one email which said my ticket has been resolved. But nothing has been resolved, they just try to sweep everything under the rug. The contaminated food is still on my floor and hasn't been collected, I haven't been refunded. Its disgraceful honestly.

02 Jul 2021, 10:47Looks like after 4 days they called me now after marking my ticket as resolved two times before that without action. They finally sent someone after 4 days to collect the contaminated goods. I am now waiting for the refund to be processed.
If I receive my refund, i will change my review to "slow and terrible" instead of "*****". However, you should take a look at your reviews on the Google Playstore app as well, its not looking good at all.
