PNP BOTTLES APP - DONT USE IT!

They took 4 x (R1640.48 X 3 TOO MUCH) the amount off my account on the Bottles app, and I am yet to received my money back in my account. Promises to call back are broken, proof of refund for 4 days now, but still nothing Thinking perhaps to institute action.
