PNP BOGUS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION CLAIM.

So I recently went to Pick N Pay at Campus Square in Auckland Park and I don’t know whether it was the day stock would be packed into the shelves or what was going on but in the cleaning supplies aisle, they had one single brand of soap, that being the PnP Ultra Brand.

I decided to purchase the brand and I wasn’t satisfied with the soap. I had to wash my dishes twice in order to get rid of the grease and eventually after two uses, I decide to return it. I obviously went off on the clause on the label that clearly states PnP is 100% sure of their quality and that if you’re not satisfied you can return the product and they will exchange it for you or refund it. I went to PnP Rand Steam and they refused to exchange the item for me and I had to purchase a different brand and give away that soap because I honestly didn’t want it.

How am I supposed to know I’m satisfied with the quality of the product if I haven’t used it. I don’t understand.
