PnP Boardwalk Richards Bay disgusting!

I only give this one star, because there's no option for 0 stars! I bought chicken at PnP, Boardwalk, Richards Bay that was rotten. And this was not the 1st time! There is always a smell hanging in the air, when you past the fridges in the front. I actually wanted fish that day, but when I took a pack out of the freezer, it was soft and you could feel that the fish had defrosted. When I returned the chicken the lady didn't even apologize... The Dep of Health should intervene! People will end up with food poison if they eat your chicken of fish!
