Pnp black Friday spesials.

I'm very disappointed in the service i got from pnp. I went to pnp to buy the advertised black friday spesials of pampers (R110) when i got to the store the shelf where empty so i asked and was told they don't have stock meanwhile the advertised pamphlets said sale start 18/11/21 - 21/11/21,(that was Friday 15:00) so i asked for a raincheck manager said they don't do raincheck on black friday spesials i have to come the following day (Saturday) so i went back again Saturday still no stock. So i want to another pnp no stock and there i was told that i will get a raincheck once spesial ends not while spesial is still running so i have to come back Sunday . Now to me it seems like this was a false adverd as they've advertised spesials that they don't have stock for and it's really frustrating when u have drive to a shop and not find the item you where looking for and the attitude that you get from them when you enquire.
