PnP Big Bay Misleading Advertising

I wrote my complaint (false and misleading advertising leading to incorrect purchase & unwillingness to rectify order based on misleading advertising) to PnP customer care on 14 January 2022, on 16 January I received the first non automated reply (case number ***) stating I'll be contacted by management of PnP Big Bay, Cape Town soon. It is now 19 January and I have not yet been contacted by PnP Big Bay to resolve the matter. Are PnP customers this insignificant to the corporation and board of directors? Is the red tape at PnP corporate so thick that customers with issues have to wait for days/weeks for a resolution? It was such a pleasure shopping there when it was still a franchise store, but now that it's become a company owned store, we've become just numbers to PnP...

I finally received a direct call from store management...5 days after logging my complaint.
The response rate is shockingly bad and I understand now why so many people have complained about the slow turnaround time. Does PnP not realise that this issue just angers the customers even more? Clearly not...
I was told by the manager that he only got to me today because he was on 2 days leave...so do operations and business stand still when managers are off?
Are assistant managers incapable of dealing with customer complaints? If so, they have no business being in that senior position.
I suggest PnP Corporate relook at their protocols and procedures when dealing with the most important person to them, their customer...
