PNP believes Black Friday is for Gauteng Only

Black Friday deals are advertised on PNP's main website which for some reason defaults to Gauteng Online. I added a Generator to my cart for R8499. I then get prompted to Log In and when I do this, the item in my cart changes to R9999. Turns out this Black Friday deal is limited to Gauteng only. This is terribly unfair and completely misleading as the main website does not say Black Friday is limited to Gauteng Only. I call PNP, spoke to online and explained. They transferred me to Customer Care. Customer care transferred me to Marketing. Marketing wanted to transfer me back to online. I explained to the lady that I initially started at Online, but she insisted that the person she was transferring me to could assist. She dropped my call during the transfer. This is pathetic service.
