PNP believ thier staff can assault customers

On the morning of Saturday, 25 April 2026, at approximately 13:00 to 13:15 I entered PNP Sherwood gardens brakpan, and UPON MY ENTRY the security gaurd physically touched me.

For a period of time I have been having fights with PNP sherwood gardens with regards to a parcel check in counter as they do not have one but have a security gaurd by the front door having people give him thier bags without him providing any ticket or proof that you gave him your bag, also he abandons his post on a number of times leaving the bags BY THE ENTRENCE UNATTENDED SO someone can just walk past amd pick it up and walk out.

Now according to PNP it's OK for thier staff to run arround physically assilting clients, even when NO LAWS HAVE BEEN BROKEN.

I say pnp allows this because I contacted thier head office with regards to the physical assault, all I requested was a letter of apology, I made it clear I don't want free stuff, just a appology.

one of thier staff emailed me back asking me for private information like I.D numbers when I refused they closed my complaint and have responded no further to the fact that PNP STAFF WALK ARROUND ASSULTING CLIENTS AND PICK N PAY ALLOWS THIS.

Till today pnp is still avoiding the fact caught by thier cct cameras that thier staff physically assault people.

with accordance to the law, I have pick n pay the opportunity to resolvethis quietly, they refused.
