PNP bad products

Hi I have been waiting for someone to get back to me for I think going on for 2 months and my issue never resolved.

I had incident with 2 l fresh PNP milk where on numerous occasions goes sour before due date. I emailed them and they responded they will look into it. No further action.

I still shop there but I'm reluctant to touch PNP brand any longer
