Pnp ASAP,just a waste

I am still awaiting for a refund from PNP , as they couldn't deliver my goods but took my money .. I raised this refund 6 days ago and still no refund yet but I received an email confirming it will be done in 2-3 days time already on the 6th ...this app is not fruitful and only raises complaints. Pls refund my money so I can delete this app ..
