PnP ASAP worst service

PnP ASAP Cycad Branch (Polokwane) has worst drivers

The worst service from these drivers. A person calls me and I miss the call. I call back 5 seconds later and he doesn't take my calls. I call 6 times and he is still not bothered. Then marks my order unsuccessful "unable to reach the customer". The other day the driver refused to come up the stairs to deliver to my door. Told me we need to come down to the ground floor. Clearly my money is not important to PnP ASAP. I'll move over to checkers sixty60
