PnP ASAP Wallet Refund

Hi On 26 Dec 2022 I ordered via ASAP, I called in and was informed that the delivery time takes 3-4 hours. I cancelled my order. On 29 Dec 22 I requested a EFT pay out from my ASAP wallet. I send an email on 6 Jan 23, asking where is my money. I called in on 9 Jan 23 and that was the first time that my query was logged. I received an email on 10 Jan 23 saying my refund was processed and again on 14 Jan 2023. Till this day there is still nothing. 19 Days later (12 Working Days) Pick n Pay must rather stick to in shop shopping, digital is supposed to be fast and reliable.
