PNP ASAP Useless

online app is the worst.. place order at 11.20 am.. they accepted at 12.20 am.. delivered at 3.10pm.. milk was sour.. then want to refund me R29 for milk.. but R35 delivery charge and inconvenience.. will never use PNP asap again.. it's nit about the money.. but this says alot about why PNP thinks of its customers.. Had a similar experience with 60 60.. wow.. how they handled it was phenomenal.. will rather give my business to them.. I always praised pnp as the they was clan and fantastic.. but with rather purchase my meat at local butcher and rest for checkers moving forward.. no wonder pnp loosing market share.. Just saying.. managers also useless
