Pnp asap to pnp delay

Im not sure the purpose of the 1 star when you dont deserve it. I made an order on the pnp asap app at 17h40 for the items were supposed to be delivered at 18h30 however it was further delayed to 19:00 then i somehow spoke to an agent on the app and called pick n pay sky city and surprisingly the order was delivered at 19:34. Had i not called was i going to receive my order? It defeats the purpose of calling it “pnp asap” when its in fact PNP DELAY was my order delivered in an hour as per pnp asap promise?
