PnP ASAP - The worst delivery service

I placed an order for groceries 7 November 2023 at 17h30. The estimated time for delivery was for 7 November 18h00-18h30. The order did not get delivered until 8 November 2023 at 09h15. Some of the groceries I ordered and paid for that also showed up on my invoice were not delivered. I am very unsatisfied with this terrible service and would like to find out how this is going to be addressed? There has been no correspondence from PNP ASAP as to how they intend to deal with this matter and they have not credited my wallet for the missing grocery items.
