PNP ASAP team are *****sters

PNP ASAP *****ulently took money from my account. I purchased on the 20th July and was refunded R35,95 due to some items which were out of stock. The same credit balance was later withdrawn from my account by PNP on the 23 July and not credited to the card I used at the time of transaction. I did not notice this incident until it happened the second time. On the 29tg November I placed an order online and was credited back R94,44 to my PNP wallet. Today when I try to place an order online I am noticing that the funds are missing. I went to the waller history and found out this is actually the second time PNP fraidi takes my money. upon realizing this I called their contact center and the consultant could not explain why my funds were moved without my consent. She mentioned that they were paid to a certain account number that I do not recognize. The lady kept saying she will send my complaint to admin and no TAT was provided, the call disconnected and she did not even have the courtesy to return my call and provide me with a reference number or send it via sms. PNP ASAP is *****. STOP USING PNP ASAP THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY when you are due for a refund.
