PNP ASAP System is nonsense

Placed an order at 4:30 as I was leaving the office. And my ETA changed 5 times from 5-8:30pm. until I decided to call customer service and was told that my order was packed but the store is now closed. They will deliver at 8AM as they cannot rearrange the delivery times... I am seriously annoyed by how inconsiderate they are for taking an order they wouldn't be able to handle. And the inconvenience of waiting for more than 3 hours for an order you know you won't deliver tonight.
