PnP ASAP sucks!

PnP ASAP is honestly useless and this is now the third time that this has happened to me.

Last night I placed an order at 17h41 and the app told me that the delivery was scheduled for 18h30 to 19h00 as I was ordering. The moment I was done paying the time changed to 08h30 to 09h00 the next day which is today. Imagine! That time I had ordered things for my kids' lunchbox for today. It is honestly such an inconvenience and I could not even rush out to go get the things as the money spent was honestly my last cent and knowing from past experiences that if I had cancelled the order they would have refunded the money to their eWallet on the app and not give it back to me directly into my bank account, that takes 7 days. So I am stuck here waiting for them to deliver now at 08h30. Another inconvenience as I now had to call work to as to come in abit later as to receive the stupid order.

I just wish the app would not show false delivery times because if I had known that they would only deliver today, I would not have placed the order and rather done Checkers Sixty as they always deliver within 30 to 40 minutes, even if you've ordered after 18h00. I have never had such nonsense happen with the Checkers app.

It's honestly a pity that FNB has now partnered with PnP as that is about the only reason I have not deleted the stupid app, for the eBucks earnings.

Please do better PnP. All I ask is that you state the correct delivery time so that we do not order things for supper and lunchboxes only to be told after paying that they will be delivered the next day, please!
