PNP Asap ****** My Money

I bought almost R800s worth of groceries on Friday on the PNP Asap App at about 15h00. My first complaint is that the app mentioned delivery will occur at 19h00 which is three hours from the order which is too long. My second complaint; The app then changed the delivery time to 21h00 which does not make any sense since no delivery should occur during this time and the shops do not operate at this time; following this the goods ordered did not arrive and I did not receive any phonecalls from a delivery driver. I complained on the app, PNP says it was delivered and that's where the responses ended and note there has been no confirmation of this. I have not got any replies from the app or my email, I have still not received my goods or got a refund. So basically PNP has ****** my money. I do not recommend to anyone to use the app or buy from PNP.
