PnP ASAP- STAY AWAY!!!!
I placed an order on 25th of August via the Pick n Pay ASAP/Bottles app, delivery was estimated to be between 17:00 -18:00.
At 16:00 this was readjusted and displayed 18:00- 19:00. I attempted to contact support via the In-app chat however this was fruitless as the response time was 2 hours. Chat support is nonexistent so I called in to cancel my order as I would not be at the location with the new delivery estimate.
The agent said that my order has been cancelled and I requested a gift card refund as per the numerous complaints on here, a refund back to bank card takes forever. The agent advised that this would be done inclusive of my R100 promo as it was due to their error.
It is nearly 3 weeks later, several phone calls to customer care, countless pointless conversations of repeating my issue, nearly R300 wasted on airtime. Reference numbers for tasks that never been completed, emails that are never responded to, and I'm finally at my wits end.
ASAP should be renamed 'when we get to it'
There is no sense of urgency to resolve my outstanding gift card, customer care is useless, they all pass the buck on to the previous agent that assisted. Management is always unavailable and never return your calls.
Should I really have to wait this long for an issue that was resolved on the 25th with my first phone call as per your support agent.
I will never recommend anyone use this garbage app, rather use checkers sixty60, they are more reliable
I find it ironic that all I wanted from you guys has been communication, contacting your call centre was how I did it but even with all the promises, I've still been waiting 3 weeks for resolution. Seems only when you have something to lose by me posting on a public platform that response is so swift.
So, in addition to the new reference number received, which one do I actually use?

I'm sorry to hear about your high email and call volumes, however has this been so busy for the last 3 weeks that my query couldn't be resolved?
Communication with you has been an additional calamity, as just to receive what's due to me has been multip**** 5 fold.
Is this going to be resolved today, or do you need another 3 weeks.
Regards
Cody

Are any of these ever going to be actioned and resolved?
It's getting beyond ridiculous now!

If that wasn't disrespectful enough, you guys had the audacity to mark one of the reference numbers as completed.
As far as I am aware there has not been any progress to resolution.
I am truly at my wit's end.
Maybe I should log a complaint with the CGS ombudsman
