PnP ASAP - Southgate! Use at own risk

I keep giving this App the benefit of the doubt but it seems like the Southgate mall store just cannot get it together. I received an incomplete order after my initial order was delivered to the incorrect address. I called the call centre 4 times and yet my order is still incorrect. I even expressed my concern with this store and I was assured that they would send the correct items due to the escalation. I’m tired of the Southgate store and I keep complaining about it but nothing gets done. I can’t deal with this ****, I ordered at 10.30am and my ordered only got here at 17.15 and it was still incorrect.
