PNP ASAP should be changed to PNP DELAYED APP!!!

Never have I been so frustrated with a APP. Is it not suppose to be convenient and fast... to say the least!!!

Delivery today between 14:00 & 16:00. As soon as the order is placed the delivery changes to the NEXT DAY!!! COME ON GUYS... Why will i place an order just to get it the next day when im not even home. THEN when u call the support line u stay on the line for over 7 min, just to be put through to a survey so I can rate the service. Really.... WHAT SERVICE?

Sort out your app!!! Dont accept orders if its past your cutt off times. Follow the example from your competition Checkers60/60 (Where you can choose a delivery time -TODAY 12-13:00.) EASY AS THAT!!!

2 Hours later, I dont have my food, i dont have any customer service and u have my money!!!
