PNP ASAP service is DISTURBING !
PNP ASAP - Every time I have ordered which I have decreased in use over time - there is a missing item, a rotten cheese or no delivery when I really require it. The same thing happened this past weekend. Guess what - No phone call to any of my emails or even an attempt to answer their own support Number since Saturday . They are *********** and have no value on customer's service or satisfaction or human need ! This is not resolved despite a day late delivery or lack of the items I requested. Their raisin bread was stale as dry !!!!

17 Jun 2025, 12:42Good day, Please be advised that I requested a Full Refund - there is 121 still to be refunded - your bread was stale and dry ! I was not in need of the items on Sunday, I needed it on Saturday which you accepted and then did not deliver - I do not want this
