PNP ASAP SERVICE FAILURE - DO NOT USE

Do not make use of the PNP asap service. I have an order that was never delivered. Contacted them twice telephonically and several times via email. After 12 days they have still not know that the order failed and need to refund me the entire deducted amount. Rather make use of Checkers 60/60 people. These guys are lagging too far behind and clearly do not know what they are doing. INCOMPETENCE OF THE HIGHEST LEVEL. FAIL PNP. FAIL ASAP!!!
