PnP Asap refund or my goods

I would like to share my bad experience on the PnP asap app on Saturday the 28th. I ordered a few much needed grocery items that amounts to almost 582 rand. Everything went through my money went out my acc almost immediately but the items stayed in the cart. I waited for about 30min and I saw a pop up that me order was cancelled. From that time I have send numerous emails but did not get one reply. I used so much money on airtime but did not speak to one agent as yet. I managed to phone my closest store where I was helped by a lady with also lot of promises but nothing else. I am a pensioner and can't afford this I used this app for the first time cause I heard they were cheaper then the 60/60 Wich I always use with no problems. Please assist.
