PNP ASAP : Promenade - Horrible delivery service!

1st - My order came late & the driver requested my wifi password to complete the order. 2nd - My order were x2 hours late.

I've sent an email to complain. However, they only rep**** with a ticket number. The way they treat Mitchells Plain customers is appalling!
