PnP ASAP poor service

Order no *** Pick n Pay ASAP Springs Mall. I placed this order on 25/09/3025, order was paid and when they delivered, they did not send 2 x packs of 18 toilet rolls, approximately R224.00. I reported the short delivery immediately. I would have been happy if they sent the items the next day,but they processed a refund. It has been 16 days, no refund received, no toilet paper received. This is unacceptable.
