PnP ASAP Poor Service

#PNPASAPSUCKS On Sunday I placed an order with PnP ASAP, it was delivered 6 hours later, and today they have still not collected it. I have been calling them to sort this out and each time an empty promise has been made. I am one very disgusted customer. #isthisnormal
