PNP ASAP, PNP customer "don't "care service. Absolute failure

4 months a go. I used the PNP ASAP app to order. The app gave me an error but find were taken from my account. I spoke to customer care and until today I have not received my refund. I was told it would be credited to my account, then told there was a technical issue with my refund. Don't risk your time and money with the app.
