Pnp asap pathetic service

Pnp asap is the most pathetic service ever. I placed an order it included ice cream and waffles and said it would be with me at 3. It came at 5 with melted ice cream and broken waffles that was inedible. I complained because on the app it showed that the drive was collecting it from the store for more than an hour. When I complained twice telephonically and once via email I was told that their turn around time is 4 hours. Even after the specified delivery time and will not respond to any of my messages!!!!
